Welcome to our English speaking guests.
Enjoy a unique experience of living on a working vineyard in the heart of the Haut Languedoc National Park. Our two independent and authentic cottages, the "Syrah" and the "Merlot", are set in a beautiful and secluded setting with terraces over-looking the beautiful vines.
We're in an ideal location neighbouring Bédarieux, and only an hour away from Montpellier and Béziers Airports.
Spend the day touring around the region or simply relax by our swimming pool built on a terrace sourrounded by the vineyard. Perfect for relaxing in the sun in the summer months, but cosy and warm during the winter months.
We are happy to arrange wine tasting for you during the stay so that you can enjoy our wine right in the place where it was lovingly created.
If you wish we can also arrange for you an evenig meal at our house. You would then enjoy a home made cooking with typical mediterranean products. We charge 34€ per adult for a 5 course meal (entry, main course, cheese, dessert, coffee) and drink our wines.
Half the price for the chidren from 7 to 12 years of age.

"The Syrah"
This fully independant cottage is in two levels and has on the first floor a well-equipped modern kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher),a large living/dining room with a wood burning stove and a sofa-bed
Upstairs are two separate large bedrooms, each one with a large bed. Two additional beds are also present. There is a second toilet upstairs, as well as the downstairs bathroom with modern shower and two sinks.
Outside there are two terraces including a barbecue area. We have a TV, DVD player, WIFI, onsite free parking, and pets are welcome.
" The Merlot"
This fully independant cottage is on one level an has on its main area a well-equipped modern kitchen (with washing machine and
dishwasher), a large living/dining room a sofa-bed and 2 single beds.

Two additional separate bedrooms, each with one large bed, and a separate bathroom with modern shower and independent toilet are also present.
Outside, there are two vast terraces and a large & closed green space including a barbecue area.
You would appreciate the inside freshness of the cottage during summer or relax nearby the respectable-sized outside pool within the vines.
We have a TV, DVD player, WIFI, onsite free parking, and pets are wecome.
Booking conditions
The length of your stay is meant for a minimum of 2 days all along the year and for a minimum of a week in June July August and September
The time of your arrival is at about 4 pm and that of your departure at 9 am in principle.
Sheets and towels are not provided. You can rent them if you wish. We charge 9.50€ per bed for the sheets and 9.50€ per person for the towels.
On departure, you are gently required to leave the cottage clean.
TARIFFS
The tariff is the same for the 2 cottages. It is meant per night and it depends on the month of your booking.
105€ in January, February ,March, April, , November, December. Except for winter schooll holidays ( the tariff is 110€)
110€ in May.
120€ in June ,July, August and September.
